Flo Cherenfant is an entrepreneur, coach, motivational speaker, corporate event planner, and natural-born leader. With over 30 years of leadership and management experience, Flo has helped countless individuals operate efficiently to promote more profitability in the workplace.
Flo earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix. Her focused passion for gaining high-level knowledge lead her to enroll in a master’s degree program. She is currently working towards a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Her extensive background in healthcare management, personal development, training, and corporate event planning stemmed from many years of delivering high-level work in these areas.
She has obtained over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her primary roles in this field were managing, training, developing, allocating resources, creating best practices, improving performance, and aligning goals for her team and the company as a whole.

Additionally, her main purpose in the corporate world was to help individuals and corporate organizations bring their visions to life and provide full-service planning, logistics, design, and day-of management.
She was determined to share the knowledge she had learned after developing her unique skills for over a decade in the corporate event planning industry. Her focus is to help individuals fully understand their worth, purpose, and ability to create a long-lasting impact in the community.
Flo is the CEO and founder of Flow C Inc Corporate Event Production and Just Flow Consulting Agency. Her businesses provide forward-thinking individuals with professional and corporate development, coaching, mentoring, and event planning.
